Frequently Asked Questions
Yes! Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number so you can track your delivery every step of the way.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom-made, personalized, or final sale items. For all other ready-to-wear products, you may request a return or exchange by contacting us within 3 days of delivery.
All custom-made orders take approximately 4–7 business days to process, and often even sooner. We work hard to complete and ship your order as quickly as possible.
Please note that your selected shipping method does not affect processing time.
Once your order is completed, it will ship using the delivery method you selected at checkout.
• USPS Priority: Typically arrives within 2-4 business days
• UPS Ground: Typically arrives within 5–7 business days
Please keep in mind these are estimated timeframes and aren’t guaranteed, as delivery speeds can vary depending on your location and carrier conditions.
