REFUND POLICY

Refund & Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our policy regarding returns and exchanges below:

All eligible returns will be refunded to the original form of payment, excluding shipping costs. If you receive a defective item, please email us at info@lunazcreations.com within 3 days of delivery, and we will assist you promptly. 

NON-REFUNDABLE CUSTOM ITEMS

All custom-made or personalized items are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Once a custom order is placed and production has begun, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds, as these items are uniquely created for each customer.

Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange. Final sale items include, but are not limited to:

  • Custom orders

  • Bulk orders

  • Made-to-order items (e.g. Mom/Dad sweatshirts)

  • Items discounted 30% or more

  • Items listed in a SALE category

Please note: Most of our items are made-to-order or custom. If you are unsure whether an item is final sale, please contact us via email before placing your order.

STANDARD ITEMS (NON-CUSTOM)

For all non-custom, ready-to-wear products, we offer returns or exchanges if you are not satisfied with your purchase.

  • Items must be in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition with all tags attached.

  • Returns and exchanges must be postmarked within 14 days of receiving the original order.

Shipping fees are to be covered by the customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you want to do an exchange, you'll have to pay an additional shipping fee to receive the new apparel.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS

  • If you receive a defective item, please email us at info@lunazcreations or contact us here within 3 DAYS to inform us of the issue. If we are not notified within 3 days of receiving the item, it will no longer qualify for a return or replacement. You must include a photo of the damage/defect with your email. 

  • We are not responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper care or handling, or incorrect sizing.

  • Exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects, and the buyer will pay return shipping if a return to our warehouse is attempted.

Refunds will be issued within 7-14 business days of receiving your return for the amount paid, less shipping costs. 

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We will not be held responsible if we don't receive your returned item.

We highly recommend you to please refer to the size chart before ordering.
